Into September, and we have a wonderful weather window. Only short lived, so I felt I needed to make the most of it. As usual, not a huge choice of places to go, so it was back to the river Evenlode.

Rather than just a wander to the river, I went on a short(ish) run, then to the river for a dip. Water temperature was 17C. Very nice to wash the sweat off in the river – but not sure if the fish agree.
