Early start on Saturday Morning. Down to North Bay in Scarborough for a swim. There was a bit of a swell, but pretty good start to the day. If I’m honest, I just dipped in then got out, and tried to avoid being splashed midriff by the waves. Izzie and Fio managed a proper swim though – respect! It wasn’t the warmest.

A quick coffee in the cafe on the front was followed by a drive past the headland, and a lovely view of dolphins jumping just off shore.
